Directions: North of L.A., 14 Freeway, Exit Golden Valley Rd., North to Centre Pointe Pkwy, Right & Enter
Format: Potluck-style, mixed even teams, ALL levels welcome, maximum play time and FUN!
Facility: beautiful outdoor facility, 50m x 25y x 7.5' deep and flat, warm-up/down area, locker rooms, grassy area to relax, spectator space and parking. On-Deck Food/Beverages.
NO GLASS, ALCOHOL, DRUGS OR PROFANITY - ongoing nearby family/public activities.
Banquet: immediately after tournament, Una Mas - $15/person all you can eat Mexican restaurant includes soda, beer/wine separate at happy hour prices, pay at tournament.

COST: $35 per person if payment received by 4/30, then Late registration is $50 per person, PLUS Annual USOA Fee & Waiver (www.usauwh.com).
